The ELEVATE Package is a longer-term 1:1 coaching journey for women who are ready to go deeper and create lasting change. Using the same naturopathic, whole-person approach, we begin with a 60-minute deep-dive session, followed by eighteen 30-minute Zoom sessions that give us the time and space to explore patterns, uncover root causes, and gently but intentionally shift what’s been holding you back. This package allows for slower, more sustainable transformation, with room to adapt as your life and body change. You’ll also have unlimited WhatsApp support throughout, so you’re fully supported between sessions and feel guided, encouraged, and held accountable as real change unfolds.
